Male and female security officers deployed to the event footprint, with numbers set by expected attendance and venue layout.
Access management
Ticket, badge and vehicle access control at defined points, including VIP and staff routes kept separate from public flow.
Crowd management
Queue design, barrier lines, capacity awareness and calm intervention to keep movement steady at peak times.
Entry and exit control
Opening, peak and closing phases are planned separately — exit crowding is where most event incidents begin.
Supervision
Named supervisors per zone, with briefings before each shift and continuous presence during the event.
Incident coordination
Radio discipline, defined escalation to the organiser and coordination with official authorities on site.
