Classroom and site-based training covers post orders, access control discipline, reporting standards and professional conduct.
Training is delivered before deployment and repeated through the contract lifecycle. Sessions cover post orders, access control and inspection discipline, incident reporting, customer-facing conduct and escalation procedures.
Supervisors receive additional briefing on shift handover, attendance control and reporting to the operations room.
